Board of Directors

The Board of Directors was created in accordance with the provisions stated in Community Capital Management's (CCM) Shareholders Agreement for the purpose of addressing major operational and administrative issues including but not limited to the appointment of CCM's officers.

Management Committee

The Management Committee ensures all operational and administrative issues are appropriately addressed by Community Capital.

Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee monitors and reviews any material deviations from the Advisor’s or any fund(s) for which the Adviser acts as adviser or sub-adviser Compliance Manuals. The Compliance Committee meets at least quarterly to discuss such issues.

Investment Management & Trading Committee

The Investment Management & Trading Committee is responsible for the trading and investment oversight of all Client portfolios and all Fund portfolios. The Investment Management & Trading Committee consists of the Chief Investment Officer and other Advisory Persons, as set forth in the Investment Management & Trading Committee’s charter. The Investment Management & Trading Committee meets at least monthly to review portfolios, discuss market factors, approve valuations, review trade execution and make proxy voting decisions.

Valuation Committee

The Valuation Committee is responsible for overseeing the implementation of CCM’s Pricing and Valuation Procedures as such are set forth in the CCM Compliance Manual.
